Experience a day of deep intimacy, playfulness and connection! This workshop will include exercises to move our energy and get us "naturally high" as well as dancing, soul gazing and practices that connect us deeply to each other.
In this workshop you will learn:
• How to create a safe and sacred space as a context for sexuality
• To deepen communication with your partner in a way that opens you both for more love
• Breath, sound and movement exercises that help you to raise your sexual energy and to run that energy between you and your partner
• To face up to issues of fear, shame and guilt
• A chakra meditation to open your energy centres
Total beginners are welcome. You may bring your partner or come alone and Julia will pair you up with someone for the partnered work.
Please note: this workshop is done clothed and there is no explicit sexual touching at all. We are creating context and safety for opening of the self to occur. Please wear comfortable, loose clothes for dancing and movement.

Julia Tindall is an internationally acclaimed workshop leader who has been teaching Tantra for 11 years and yoga for 20 years. She has studied with many different Tantra teachers, most notably Margo Anand, creator of Sky Dancing Tantra. She is an innovator and produced the world's first partner yoga video, now available on DVD. She is known for her ability to develop group bonding in a short space of time, so students leave invigorated and renewed.
